摘要
介绍了某线路与110 kV双回线中的一条部分同塔的情况下,当该线路发生故障时,由于零序互感及双回线闭合环网的同时存在致使双回线某侧开关误跳闸的相关情况。根据各侧保护动作情况和事故录波进行分析,剖析了事故原因。简要计算了在大小方式下可能让保护误动的零序电流的大小。针对双回线并列运行且与其他线路部分同塔情况下导致保护装置误动的问题,提出在运行中运行方式的优化以及电网规划时对保护配置的要求,为同类问题的解决提供了参考。
Trip-out analysis of the circuit breaker and correlation aspects of 110 kV double-circuit lines is decribed in the paper. When short-circuit fault happened, the coexistance of zero-sequence mutual inductance and double-circuit ring netwOrk may lead to breaker trip-out. The malfunction cause is analyzed according to the relay protection and fault wave recording. The zero-sequence currents of protection is calculated in large and small mode, respectively. Considering double-circuit lines and other lines on one tower may leading to protection misoperation, optimization of operating mode and requirement of relay protection allocation in power grid planning are proposed in the paper, providing reference for the same design.
