摘要
文章在分析国内外生态住宅环境评价的基础上,提出基于Internet平台的城市绿色生态住宅小区评价系统的构建方案。系统根据生态住宅小区评价的业务流程,设置对外信息发布子系统、住宅小区环境评价业务管理子系统、参评项目电子文件制作子系统三个模块。系统可实现远程客户端参评资料上传或在线填写;评审专家远程登录系统,对已建成或规划中的住宅小区总体环境进行定性与定量化的评价;系统克服了传统单机评价系统的时间以及空间的限制,有效地提高了工作效率。
This paper analyzes the status of the domestic and international eco-housing on the basis of environmental assessment, and proposed the scheme of evaluation system construction for urban green ecological residential district based on Internet platform. According to the analysis on the business process, three modules including publishing subsystem for information, management subsystem for evaluation business of residential district environment and making of electronic documents of projects to be evaluated are set up. The system is based on the platform of network. Therefore, the data to be evaluated could be uploaded and experts could work by remote login. Besides, the system could make qualitative and quantitative evaluation for general environment of built and planning residential districts, could get over the time and space restriction by traditional single computer evaluation system and could improve work effect greatly and effetely.
