摘要
保护和发展森林资源是建设现代林业的出发点和核心任务,林木良种是提高森林资源经济、社会和生态三大效益的决定性因素,因而实施林木良种工程是建设现代林业的基础和关键。文章从林木良种工程定义及内涵入手,阐述了实施林木良种工程的必要性和紧迫性,提出了新时期实施林木良种工程的总体思路、工作重点和措施。
The conservation and development of forest resources is the starting-point and core task of modern forestry construction.The improved varieties take decisive effect on elevating the economic,social and ecological benefits of forest resource management.So the implement of forest improvement engineering is the foundation and hinge of modern forestry construction.Based on defining forest improvement engineering,the importance and ur-gency of conduction of forest improvement engineering was discussed.Also the general idea,key works and counter measures were suggested for conducting forest improvement engineering during modern forestry construc-tion.
