摘要
针对我国高炉炭砖质量,特别是导热系数已大幅提高的现状,提出了高炉用低温粗缝糊(炭素捣打料)标准中存在的问题:一是标准牌号导热系数太低,和高炉炭砖不匹配,影响高炉寿命;二是导热系数高温焙烧后检测不符合高炉现场使用实际情况,而造成导热系数较高的假象。并提出了标准修订内容的建议。
The problems existed in use of the standard for low temperature ramming pastes were given, considering the quality of carbon bricks in our country for blast furnace, especially the situation of the improved thermal conductivity of the carbon brick. It includes that the thermal conductivity of the low temperature ramming pastes named standard grades is too low to match that of the carbon brick, leading to the reduced life of blast furnace; and the test result of th,' thermal conductivity of the low temperature ramming pastes baked in high temperature does not match the practical situation of blast furnace, resulting in the false appearance that the thermal conductivity of the low temperature ramming pastes is high, which means the test is not reasonable. The suggestions for the standard revised were put forth.
