摘要
目的:探讨分析中西医结合关节镜下微创治疗跟骨关节内骨折的可行性和疗效。方法:对60例78足累及关节面的跟骨骨折患者,术前、术后采用中西医结合疗法,并在关节镜辅助下行切开复位钢板内固定术,术后平均随访18个月(12～30个月),通过比较术前、术后X线片和美国足踝协会(AOFAS)评分标准对其治疗效果进行评价。结果:60例78足关节内跟骨骨折患者术后X线片示复位满意,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),AOFAS评分优良率92.31%。结论:对于关节内跟骨骨折,采用中西医结合关节镜辅助下微创钢板内固定更加接近解剖复位,术后患肢功能恢复满意且并发症少。
Objective：To discuss and evaluate the method and effect of using calcaneal anatomic plate in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus under arthroscope with the integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods：Seventy-eight intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus in sixty patients were treated by open reduction,and rigid fixation was made with calcaneal anatomic plate under arthroscope.The average follow-up was 18 months（ranging from 12 to 30months）.The curative effect was evaluated according to AOFAS and X-ray respectively before and after the operation.Results：sixty patients have obtained satisfied reduction according to X-ray,and there was significant difference between preoperative and postoperative condition（P〈0.05）.The total satisfactory rate was 92.31%.Conclusion：Treating intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus with calcaneal anatomic plate under arthroscope with integrated Chinese and western medicine has more chances of achieving anatomical reconstruction,which can lead to satisfactory recovery of function with few complications.
