摘要
目的讨论改良式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效及术后并发症。方法对56例92眼青光眼施行改良式小梁切除术(小梁切除联合丝裂霉素C)治疗,以观察术后前房、视力、眼压、滤过泡、泪膜及其他并发症的情况。结果改良式小梁切除术后浅前房、低眼压、视力下降等并发症减少,但对泪膜的影响仍较大。结论改良式小梁切除术治疗青光眼安全性高,术后并发症较少,是青光眼手术治疗的理想术式。
Objective To discuss the modified trabeculectomy for treatment of glaucoma clinical effica- cy and postoperative complications. Methods 56 patients with 92 eyes with the purposes of modified trabecu- lectomy glaucoma surgery（ trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C）therapy,to observe the postoperative an- terior chamber, visual acuity, IOP, bleb, tear film and other complications situation. Results The modified trab- eculectomy shallow anterior chamber, low intraocular pressure, vision loss and other complications reduced, but the impact of the tear film is still large. Conclusion The modified trabeculectomy for treatment of glaucoma, high security and less post-operative complications,is the ideal surgical treatment of glaucoma surgery type.
