摘要
澳大利亚的高职教育是以TAFE学院为代表,以产业为推动力量,政府、行业与学校相结合,与中学和大学有效衔接的相对独立、多层次的综合教育体系。澳大利亚TAFE学院在高职教育发展中形成了政府支持、管理完善、学生为本、机制灵活、能力本位、强化实践、双师执教、专兼结合的办学特色。它对构建中国高职教育理想的办学体系的启示意义在于:国家政策的支持是高职教育健康发展的重要保障,应建立完善的职业证书制度,加强实践性教学环节和高职师资队伍建设,加大政府投资力度。
Australian higher vocational education is represented by TAFE college and drived by industry.It is a relative independent,multilevel and integrated education system which combines with government,industry,middle school and primary school.During the higher vocational education development,Australian TAFE college creates school characteristics of government＇s support,perfect management,student-oriented policy,good mechanism,capability-oriented policy,to reinforce practice,dual-quality teacher teaching and combination of full-time and part-time teaching.Its inspiration meaning for building higher vocational education ideal school system of China is that national policy support is the important guarantee for higher vocational education＇s healthy development;We should build perfect vocational certificate system,strengthen the practical teaching part,improve higher vocational teaching staff construction and invest much more to it from government.
