摘要
项目投资应进行项目投资财务评价，当存在多个备选投资项目时，项目的评价决策过程就是投资项目组合优化的过程。本文通过建立0～1整数规划模型，以企业市值最大化为目标，结合筹资决策，确定最优投资组合，进行多项目投资决策。
Project inversitment should be valuated in the project inversitment finance.When multi fold investment projects given, the policy--makingprocess of the preferedcombination of the investment project. By setting up the integer projection model 0--l and taking, as its purpose, the maximum of the market value of an enterprise and followingthe financing decision, the article defines the best finance combination and the finance decision of multiform investment.
