发电机冷却水预热沼气填料池系统的传热分析

摘要 针对沼气池中温发酵中填料液预热处理的问题,分析了发电机冷却水预热沼气填料池系统的传热过程,并基于冷却水循环的动态特征,建立了间接换热过程的数学模型。结果表明,冷却水余热循环到填料池50min左右即可使填料液达到一个稳定的温度值(42℃),从而满足了沼气池中温发酵时对填料液温度的要求。 On account of the preheating problem of the filling material in mesophilic fermentation of methane pool,heat transfer process of preheating methane filling pool system with cooling water of generator was analyzed.Based on the dynamic characteristics of the cycle of cooling water,the mathematical model of indirect heat transfer process was established.Results showed that the filling material could reach a stable temperature of 42 ℃when the cooling water recirculated to the filling pool for about 50 minutes,which could meet the requirement of the temperature of the methane pool for mesophilic fermentation.
