桃金娘多糖对大鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:28

摘要 [目的]探讨桃金娘多糖对大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。[方法]采用D-半乳糖胺(D-Gal)诱导大鼠急性肝损伤模型,并随机分为空白对照组、模型组、联苯双酯(DDB)阳性组、桃金娘多糖高、中、低剂量组,每天灌胃一次,于7d后取材检测各组大鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等生化指标的变化。[结果]模型组大鼠血清中ALT,AST和MDA水平显著升高,SOD和GSH-PX水平显著降低;药物各剂量组ALT,AST和MDA水平低于模型组,SOD和GSH-PX水平升高。[结论]桃金娘多糖具有保肝降酶和抗氧化功能,对大鼠急性肝损伤有较好的保护作用。 [Objective] To study the protection of myrtle polysaccharide on acute liver injury in rats. [Method] Rat model of acute liver injury was induced by D-galactosamine (D-Gal) method. The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, dimethyl diphenyl bicarboxylate(DDB)-positive group, high-, middle-, low-dose myrtle polysaccharide group. After seven days, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione-peroxidase (GSH-PX) were measured. [Result] Compared with the blank control group, the levels of ALT, AST and MDA were significantly increased, and the levels of SOD and GSH-PX were significantly decreased in model group. The levels of ALT, AST and MDA were obviously lower in each dose drug group than that in model group, and the levels of SOD and GSH-PX were significantly increased. [Conclusion] Myrtle polysaccharide has enzyme depression and anti-oxidation, thus it has evident protective effect on acute liver injury in rats.
