摘要 提出了一种基于MOS复合管跨导线性环和MOS管电流镜的全CMOS工艺高性能电流控制电流差分缓冲放大器(CCCDBA)的电路.该电路具有容易实现、结构简单、频带宽、电压电流传输精度高等优点.详细分析了电路的实现原理,为了展示电路性能,将提出的CCCDBA应用于一个电流模式二阶带通滤波器.并用0.5μmCMOS工艺进行PSPICE仿真,仿真结果符合理论分析. A novel CMOS realization circuit of current controlled current differencing buffered amplifier (CCCDBA) based on compound MOS translinear loop and MOS current mirrors is presented. It presented such advantages as easy realization in the fabrication,simple circuit configuration,wide bandwidth,high voltage and current transfer accuracy and so on. The principle of circuit is analyzed in detail. To show the performance of the CCCDBA,a second-order current mode band-pass is evaluated from the literature,PSPICE simulation results for the proposed circuit in 0.5μm CMOS process is included,the simulation results satisfy theoretic analyzed.
