中外企业CEO职业特征的比较分析及启示 被引量:1

摘要 在如今经济快速发展,企业竞争日趋激烈的环境下,CEO对企业的发展具有重要的影响,分析我国大型企业CEO的群体特征,并比较我国大型企业CEO与世界级企业CEO的群体特征,对于我国企业CEO的任免和培养有一定的参考借鉴的价值。主要从职业经历、任期等方面来分析中外企业CEO的差异,并相应提出CEO任免、培养的改进建议。
