摘要
以酒石酸锑钾和氨基硫脲为原料,二(2-十一烷基-1-甲酰胺硫脲乙基咪唑啉)己二胺季胺盐(SUDEI HEI)为表面活性剂,水热反应制备了Sb2S3产物。通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)、能谱分析(EDS)表征了产物的形貌和结构。当酒石酸锑钾、氨基硫脲、SUDEI HDI浓度分别为2,3,2 mmol.L-1时,得到粒径为300~400 nm的均分散小球。随着酒石酸锑钾、氨基硫脲、SUDEI HDI浓度同等比例提高后,出现了鸡冠花状、棒状、双束鸡冠花状等多种形貌,可以用"有机-无机"杂化理论和晶体自生长习性来解释其形成机理。
Sb2S3 particles have been prepared via a hydrothermal method of potassium antimony tartrate with thiosemicarbazide in the presence of a self-made novel block-like imidazoline-gemini surfactant quaternary ammonium salt of di(2-undecyl 1-formyl aminoethyl thiourea imidazoline) hexanediamine(SUDEIHDI).The obtained Sb2S3 products are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared ray spectroscopy(IR),and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).It was found that well-dispersed Sb2S3 spheres with the diameter of about 300—400 nm have been obtained with 2 mmol·L-1 antimony source,3 mmol·L-1 sulfur source,and 2 mmol·L-1 SUDEIHDI,respectively.With increasing their concentration in the same proportion,cockscomb,rods,and double ties cockscomb morphology appeared accordingly.An organic-inorganic hybrid theory and crystal growth habit mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of these particular structures.
