摘要
基于信息技术的人力资源管理系统是提高企业管理水平和推动人事管理创新的战略工具。阐述了ERP人力资源管理系统应用的4个层次及其主要特征,从系统的功能和结构、作用和规则以及数据质量几方面分析了中国石油ERP人力资源管理系统的运行机理。
Human resources management system based on the information technology is the strategic tool, which improves enterprise management and promotes human resources management in- novation. ERP human resources management application is explained on it’s four-level and main features. Mechanism of Petro-China’s ERP human resources management system is analyzed on its function and structure, roles and rules, and data quality aspects.
