角膜地形图在角膜屈光手术中的应用及进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着科学技术和屈光手术的不断发展,角膜地形图的应用也愈加广泛。计算机辅助的角膜地形图分析系统的问世,使精确地分析角膜前后表面形态和厚度变化成为可能。角膜地形图对于屈光手术前患者的筛选、手术方案的选择及其引导的个性化切削、术后疗效评估均具有重要的指导意义。本文就角膜地形图的发展历史及其最新临床应用作一综述。
