摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对正常分娩产妇的应用效果。方法将100例正常分娩的初产妇随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,实验组实施临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组产妇的平均住院日、平均住院费用、对护理质量的满意度及相关知识掌握程度。结果实验组产妇的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);产妇满意度高于对照组(P<0.01);相关知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径应用于正常分娩初产妇,可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高护理工作质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for normal childbirth maternal. Methods One hundred cases of normal childbirth were divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 50 cases, experimental group implemented clinical nursing pathway, control group implemented conventional nursing. Average hospital stay, average hospital expenses, the quality of nursing satisfaction and catch hold of the related knowledge degree of the two groups were compared. Results The average hospital stay and experimental maternal hospitalization cost on average were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Maternal satisfaction was better than that in control group （P〈0. 01） ,knowledge of relevant was higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in normal childbirth can shorten the hospital stay, reduce hospitalization expenses, improve the quality of nursing.
