摘要
血管内皮生长因子、内皮抑素是影响血管内皮功能的两个重要因素,它们的动态正负调节影响了冠心病的发生发展。现就其与冠心病的关系作一综述。
Vascular endothelial growth factor （VECF） and endostatin （ES） are two important factors to regulate the vascular endothelial function. They have dynamic positive/negative influence on the origination and development of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Here is a review of the relationship between VEGF, ES and CHD.
