摘要 神华河北国华定洲发电有限责任公司一期工程2台600MW机组自投产以来,6号低压加热器在机组负荷为450MW以下时正常疏水不能实现全部逐级自流,造成疏水不畅的主要原因是疏水管道较长且弯头较多,导致流动阻力较大。通过管道阻力计算,提出了低压加热器疏水管道的改造方案,即改变管路走向,并减少弯头数量和缩短管道长度。该方案实施后彻底解决了低压加热器疏水不畅的问题,机组煤耗降低0.27g/kWh,节能效果明显。 After the two 600 MW units in Phase I project of Shenhua Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Power Co. , Ltd. were put into operation, LP Heater 6 could not realize overall progressive artesian condition of normal drain at a load of unit less than 450 MW. The blocked drain was mainly caused by the considerable flow resistance in the long drainage piping with a number of elbows. Upon calculation of pipe resistance, a plan for transforming the drainage piping of LP heater was proposed, i. e. changing the direction of pipe, reducing the number of elbows and shortening the piping. After carrying out the plan, the problem was thoroughly solved with the coal consumption of unit reduced by 0.27 g/kWh and great energy-saving benefits achieved.
