摘要
提出了一种铁道车辆横向稳定性的优化集成设计方法,其基本原理是采用多体系统动力学分析软件SIMPACK建立铁道车辆动力学模型,采用优化软件iSIGHT,实现与SIMPACK的数据传递与过程集成,运用多岛遗传算法和序列二次规划算法相结合的优化策略,对铁道车辆悬挂参数进行优化设计,提高铁道车辆的临界失稳速度,改善其横向稳定性。实际分析计算表明,该设计方法可显著提高设计效率。
A design method to optimize railway vehicles stability is presented.The process is: multi-body system software,SIMPACK,is used to build the railway vehicle dynamics model.Data transfer and process integration are carried out in optimization software,iSIGHT.Multi-Island genetic algorithm and sequential quadratic programming are used in iSIGHT to optimize the suspension parameters of vehicle,so to improve the critical speed of vehicles.The analysis shows that this design method can increase efficiency and has engineering significance on the dynamic performance of railway vehicles.
