摘要
用特种粉末冶金法制备Pt-Rh-Zr三元合金粉末,并对制备的Pt-Rh-Zr三元合金粉末进行烧结-内氧化处理,再通过压制和热锻工艺制成弥散强化材料。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察发现,ZrO2颗粒明显阻碍晶粒长大,纳米级ZrO2颗粒高度弥散分布于合金基体中,从拉伸断口形貌中可以观察到有大量的ZrO2颗粒分布于韧窝内。
The Pt- Rh -Zr ternary alloy powder was prepared by the special powder metallurgy method and was carried out internal sintering -oxidation processing. And then the dispersion- strengthened ma- terials was manufactured through compacting and heat treatment. The fracture morphology and ture of the samples were observed by metallograph and SEM. The results show that the grain mierostruc- growth was significantly impeded by the particle of ZrO2, the nano - zirconia particles was highly dispersed in the matrix alloy, a large number of ZrO2 particles was disbributited in the dimples of the tensile fracture surface.
