摘要
目的明确高糖高脂饮食对新西兰兔血清葡萄糖和脂质浓度的影响,为复制特殊饮食致新西兰兔糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化模型奠定实验基础。方法60只雄性新西兰白兔随机分为基础饲料组、高脂饲料组、中剂量糖组、高脂低糖组、高脂中糖组和高脂高糖组。实验周期12周,定时抽血检测血清葡萄糖和总胆固醇酯、甘油三酯和高密度胆固醇酯的浓度,检测糖化血红蛋白浓度评价一段时间内血糖变化情况。结果各组血糖实验前后和不同组间未见明显升高;各组每10 g血红蛋白中的糖化血红蛋白吸光度值都在正常范围内(13.3-23.5),各组间无明显差异;高脂饲料组血清总胆固醇酯和甘油三酯升高明显,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇酯有所降低。结论高脂饮食易引起新西兰兔高脂血症,但通过灌胃给糖12周不易引起新西兰兔高糖血症。
Objective To identify the effect of high sucrose /high fat diet on serum glucose and lipid of rabbits,and provide experiment foundation for establishment of an model of rabbits diabetes and atherosclerosis. Methods Sixty male New Zealand white rabbits were divided into six groups:normal fodder group,high-fat fodder group,normal fodder and medium dosage sucrose group,high-fat fodder and low dosage sucrose group,high-fat fodder and medium dosage sucrose group,high-fat fodder and high dosage sucrose group and observed for 12 weeks.Once a month the blood samples of the rabbits were tested for the levels of serum glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and glycosylated hemoglobin. Results There were little raise in serum glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of six groups.But serum total cholesterol and triglyceride increased obviously and high density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased in high-fat fodder group. Conclusion High-fat diet can easily induce hyperlipemia,but intragastric administration of sucrose can not cause hyperglycemia in New Zealand white rabbits within a short period of time.
