摘要
建立了茶叶中34种农药残留量的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。用乙腈提取样品,经串联的固相萃取柱ENVITM-Carb柱和LC-NH2柱净化,用乙腈-苯(体积比3∶1)淋洗,气相色谱-质谱同时检测茶叶中34种农药残留,其中32种农药平均添加回收率在73.4%~99.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于20%。
A GC-MS method for the determination of 34 pesticide residues in tea was established. Pesticide residues were extracted from tea with a solven mixture. Extracts were cleaned up with SPE ENVI^TM-Carb and LC-NH2. The mean recoveries of 32 pesticides were in ranges of 73.4-99.7%, and their relative standard deviation were below 20%.
