摘要
二十世纪90年代以来,各国中央银行为了引导和管理市场预期,提高货币政策的透明度,越来越重视与社会公众在货币政策目标、货币政策决策和货币政策操作方面的信息沟通。由于各国中央银行所处的体制和环境不同,客观上存在着信息沟通的不同策略。这种差异化的信息沟通方法,既是中央银行对信息沟通所带来的收益与风险进行权衡的考虑,也是为取得更好的信息沟通效果所需要。我国中央银行近年来在多方面致力于货币政策透明度的提高,但在提高信息沟通的有效性方面仍需进一步完善。
