摘要
将应急车辆路径优化和物资分配结合,依据应急响应的时效性、安全性和经济性三个准则,建立了多出救点、单需求点应急物资车辆路径-分配优化决策模型。首先通过对多目标函数的无量纲化、权重聚合处理等,构造决策效用函数,采用Dijkstra算法求解备选路线权重。其次,结合应急物资分配的多出救点组合选择,利用总体决策准则值,进行优化求解。最后,构建应急物资车辆路径-分配优化决策模型及其算法,算例及其分析结果证明了该模型算法的有效性。
The paper combines vehicle routing problem with emergency materials allocation and, in accordance with principles of timeliness, security and economy, establishes an optimization model of emergency materials allocation and vehicle route selection. Then, firstly through of muhi-objeetive function and weight aggregation process, it constructs a decislon-making function and determines the weights of optional routes using Dijkstra algorithm. Secondly it applies the total decision weight to the solution of the combination selection of multipe depots of emergency materials allocation.
