摘要 针对EIQ法在储位优化中存在的一定局限性,在EIQ分析法应用的基础上,结合并行分区拣货的特点,通过分析订单中各品项之间的相关性,将EIQ分析法和订单品项的相关性分析结合后综合安排拣货储位。最后利用算例将该方法和传统的随机储存方法进行对比,说明该方法的实用性。 In view of the limitations of EIQ analysis in the optimization of stock space, the paper takes into consideration the character- istics of the picking operation with parallel zoning and incorporates the correlativity analysis between the items of an order in the comprehen- sive planning of stock space. Finally a comparison between the method proposed in the paper and the traditional stochastic lot allocation is carried out through a numerical study, validating the practicality of the method.
