摘要
以石油焦和煤焦油作钝化剂,考察其对焦炭热性能的影响,并用SEM对焦炭微观结构进行分析,结果表明:钝化剂能改善焦炭的热性能,石油焦的钝化效果优于煤焦油;浸泡方式更有利于钝化作用的发挥.经钝化后的焦炭的表面和气孔结构得到改善,减少了CO2与焦炭的溶损反应性.
The influence on coke thermal property with petroleum coke and coal tar as passivators was investigated, its passivation mechanism to coke by SEM was analyzed. The results showed that passivators improving coke thermal property, and petroleum was more effective than coal tar. Soaking was more effective than spraying in deterioration inhibition;The surface and cores of coke were improved after being passivated, preventing the loss reaction of coke and the dissolving of CO2.
