摘要
利用31个微卫星标记分析了黄Ⅳ肉鸡群体的173个个体各标记座位的等位基因数、基因频率、杂合度和多态信息含量,同时测定群体的14项生长性状和屠宰性能指标,采用方差分析法对标记与性状进行相关分析。结果表明:各位点平均等位基因数为4,平均杂合度为0.330 6,平均多态信息含量为0.487 1。方差分析显示:微卫星标记ABR0322、MCW0104对2周龄体重有极显著和显著影响;MCW0331对4周龄体重有显著影响;ABR0322、MCW0258对6周龄体重有极显著和显著影响;MCW0331、MCW0258对8周龄体重、屠体重和半净堂重有显著影响;ABR0322、ADL0146、MCW0067对胸肌重有显著影响;MCW0183、MCW0258对腹脂重有显著影响;ADL0146、MCW0095、MCW0331对肝重有显著影响;LEI0146、MCW0183、MCW0245、MCW0331对肌胃重影响显著;ADL0278、MCW0258、MCW0331对心重有显著影响;MCW 0331对腿肌重有极显著影响。
Thirty-one microsatellite markers were selected to analyze the genomic DNA of 173 segregating individuals derived from the Yellow Ⅳ broiler population.Allele frequencies were estimated according to band presence and absence.Polymorphism information content and heterozygosity were calculated based on allele frequencies.Based on fourteen measured growth and slaughter realted traits,the correlation between microsatellite markers and growth and slaughter traits was revealed by one-way ANOVA test method.The results indicated that the averages of allelic number,heterozygosity and polymorphism information content were 4,0.330 6 and 0.487 1,respectively.Microsatellite markers ABR0322(P0.01) and MCW0104(P0.05) had significant effects on body weight at the second week.MCW0331(P0.05) showed significant effects on body weight at 4th week.ABR0322(P0.05) and MCW0258(P0.05) exhibited significant effects on body weight at 6th week.MCW0331(P0.05)and MCW0258(P0.01) had significant effects on body weight,slaughter weight and eviscerated weight with giblet at 8th week.The effects of ABR0322(P0.01),ADL0146(P0.05) and MCW0067(P0.05) on breast muscle weight were significant,and the effects of MCW0183 and MCW0258 on abdominal fat weight were also significant(P0.05).ADL0146(P0.01),MCW0095(P0.05) and MCW0331(P0.05) had significant effects on liver weight.The effects of LEI0146(P0.05),MCW0183(P0.01),MCW0245(P0.01) and MCW0331(P0.01) on ventriculus muscular weight were significant.ADL0278(P0.05),MCW0258(P0.01) and MCW0331(P0.01) had significant effects on heart weight,and the effects of MCW0331(P0.01) on thigh muscle weight was extremely significant.
