摘要
帕金森病是一种常见于中老年人的运动障碍疾病,目前治疗以多巴胺替代疗法为主,但长期服用左旋多巴可产生运动并发症。近年来,国内外学者对左旋多巴治疗帕金森病诱发运动并发症的影响因素进行了广泛的研究,认为其受疾病严重程度、病程、左旋多巴剂量及治疗时程等多种因素的影响,而发病年龄为保护性因素,不同药物的使用可延缓运动并发症的出现。
Parkinson’s disease is a common movement disorders in the middle and old aged people.At present,the most important treatment method is dopamine replacement therapy,but the long-term use of levodopa is associated with the development of motor complications.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of researches in factors affecting levodopa-induced motor complications in Parkinson’s disease.It is considered to be affected by many factors,such as the severity and course of diseases,levodopa dose and treatment schedules.However,the age of onset is a protective factor,and different drugs can delay the appearance of motor complications.
