摘要
用UG软件建立某半挂运油车的三维模型,导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,得出罐车的应力及应变云图。分析了其应力分布状态和变形情况,找出结构不合理的地方,对原有车架提出改进意见。进而为产品的优化设计提供理论依据。
Using UG software build 3-D modem of some semi-trailer tanker tank, take it into ANSYS the software of finite element analysis, obtaining the cloud of stress and strain of tanker. An analysis of its stress distribution and station of deformation, finding out the unreasonable places of structure, suggessing suggestions of improvement on the original frame of semi-railer tanker tank, and thus provided a theoretical basis for optional of the product.
