最小化聚丙烯制品沉降斑的注塑工艺优化

摘要 基于CAE,通过Taguchi实验分析注塑工艺参数对PP制品沉降斑的影响,找出其中影响较大的因素作为重点关注参数,实现了注塑工艺的优化,改善了制品表面沉降斑,从而明显提高了制品的表面质量。 The effects of different processing parameters on sink marks, which occur on the surface of injection moulded parts, have been investigated. An L16 (45 ) orthogonal array design was conducted to minimize the sink marks of injection moulded polypropylene part. The factors selected in the main experiments were found to he the principal parameters affecting sink mark formation on injection moulded polypropylene part. In this way experimental investigation can help the understanding of the formation mechanism of sink marks, so that the surface quality of the part can be optimized.
