甾体激素对大脑皮层突触体摄取甘氨酸的快速作用 被引量:3

RAPID EFFECTS OF STEROIDS ON GLYCINE UPTAKE IN CEREBRAL CORTEX SYNAPTOSOMES

摘要 应用液体闪烁技术观察了甾体激素对大脑皮层突触体摄取甘氨酸的快速作用,结果显示皮质酮和孕酮能快速促进大鼠大脑皮层突触体摄取甘氨酸,而雌二醇和脱氧皮质酮无明显作用。本实验结果证明甾体激素对甘氨酸摄取具有快速非基因组作用。 With the method of liquid scintlllatlon technlque,the effects of steroids on glycine uptake (UGLY) in cerebral cortex synaptosomes were observed. It was showed that glycine uptake in cerebral cortex synaptosomes could be rapidly increased by corticosterone and progesterone,but not by estradiol and deoxycorticosterone. The results demonstrated that hormonal steroids could exert their effects on UCLY through nongenomic mechanisms.
