摘要
残疾儿童的生存、保护和发展体现一个国家社会的文明程度。脑瘫儿童是一个特殊的社会群体,他们的生存及发展权利应该得到重视及维护,关键是构建和完善脑瘫儿童的诊断、治疗、康复训练、教育服务与家庭支持的社会救助体系。
Disabled children＇s survival, protection and development reflect a country＇s civilization degree. Cerebral pasly children are special social groups and their survival and development rights should be paid attention to and protected. The most important thing is to build and perfect the social assistance system of cerebral palsy children＇s diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation training, edu- cational services and family support.
