摘要
目的观察羟苯磺酸钙与硫辛酸联合治疗糖尿病(糖尿病)勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效。方法60例糖尿病并勃起功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组另予羟苯磺酸钙联合硫辛酸治疗,2组治疗前后根据国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)患者进行自我评分。结果30例患者接受羟苯磺酸钙联合硫辛酸治疗后,患者IIEF-5总评分显著高于治疗前及对照组。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病ED具有良好效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of Lipoic acid and Calcium dobesilatc on diabetes mellitus patients with erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods Thirty diabetic patients with ED were given the drugs of Lipoic acid and Calcium dobesilate. The International Index of Erectile Function 5 （ IIEF - 5 ） was used to appraise the status and severity of ED before and after the treatmentResults Improvements in mean scores of IIEF - 5 were significant in patients receiving Lipoic acid and Calcium dobesilatein compared with that of pretreatment and the control group. Conclusion Combined therapy of Lipoic acid and Calcium dobesilate is effective for diabetic patients with ED.
