摘要
介绍了基于主动视觉的精密检测系统的构成及图像处理和数据处理技术,对角度为30°20′的标准三角形及直径为Φ8.5±0.0001 mm的标准量棒进行了精密检测。结果为:测量角度精度达到1.689912,′尺寸精度达到5μ,其相对误差为0.060812%。实验结果表明:该主动视觉精密检测系统的稳定性较好,响应速度较快,边缘跟踪连续性好,精度较高,是机器视觉在精密检测上的成功应用。
This article introduces the structure,the image processing and data processing technology of the precision measurement system based on active vision.The research has accurately measured the standard triangle which angle is 30°20′ and the standard length bar which diameter is Φ8.5±0.000 1 mm.For the former one,the angle accuracy is 1.689 912′,for the latter one,the measurement accuracy is 5μ and the relative error is 0.060 812%.After many experiments,it has shown that the accuracy measurement system based on active vision has better system stability,higher response speed,better continuity of the edge tracking and higher accuracy.Therefore,it is a successfully application of the machine vision on precision measurement.
