摘要
用高锰酸钾、硼酸、赤霉素、奈乙酸和吲哚乙酸对日本绣线菊种子进行浸种处理表明:高锰酸钾、硼酸、奈乙酸和吲哚乙酸对日本绣线菊种子发芽有明显促进作用,它们的最适浓度分别为2.0mg/L、0.2mg/L、40mg/L和20mg/L,硼酸和吲哚乙酸的处理效果最好。不同化学药剂和植物激素的不同浸种时间对日本绣线菊种子发芽也有明显影响,高锰酸钾、硼酸、奈乙酸和吲哚乙酸的最佳浸种时间分别为18h、24h、24h和30h。
The results of treating seeds of Japanese Spiraea with KMNO4, H3 BO3, GA3 , IAA and NAA show that they significantly increase the seed germination. The optimum densities of them are separately 2.0mg/L,0. 2mg/L, 40mg/L and 20mg/L, the treatment effects of H3 BO3 and IAA are the best. Different Chemicals and plant regulators with different soaking time have different effects on seed germination, the optimum seed soaking time of KMNO4 ,H3BO3 ,IAA and NAA are separately 18h, 24h, 30h and 24h.
