摘要
智能脱扣器作为断路器的核心器件,主要完成供电线路中的信号采集和控制电力线路的连通、分断工作.本文介绍了以TMS320F2812 DSP为主控单元,以nRF905构建的无线通信模块为数据传输单元的智能脱扣器硬件系统设计方法,并给出了外扩存储器电路、信号调理电路、LCD显示电路、键盘控制电路、脱扣控制电路和无线通信模块的原理图.通过测试表明:该智能脱扣器能够实现供电线路中电流信号的精确采集、与控制端的无线通信和线路的连通、分断控制等功能.
Intelligent release was the central component of circuit breaker,which was used for sampling the signal and closing or breaking power supply circuit.The design method of hardware system of the intelligent release based on TMS320F2812 DSP and nRF905 wireless communication module was introduced.Circuits of the hardware system including memory circuit,signal modulation circuit,LCD display circuit,keyboard control circuit,release control circuit and wireless communication module,were also provided.The experiment results showed that the intelligent release could implememt the signal sampling,the communication with controller,closing and breaking power supply circuit and so on.
