摘要
结合莱钢RH设备特点和生产状况,介绍了IF钢生产过程中真空脱碳、温度控制和微合金化等方面的工艺技术;根据真空脱碳和铝升温的基本理论,详细阐述了IF钢生产过程中的脱碳实践以及钢水温度控制过程,并结合钢水环流量以及真空度对IF钢生产过程重要性分析,总结了整个生产过程的技术要求。
Combined with the characteristics of Laigang RH equipment and status ol production, process techniques in aspects of vacuum decarburization, temperature control and microalloy in the course of IF steel production are presented, decarburization practice during its making as well as the procedure of mol- ten steel temperature control expatiated on in detail, based on the basic theory on vacuum decarburization and al heating up and the technical requirements in the whole production course summed up, in the light of the analyses of the importance of molten steel circulating rate and vacuity for IF steel production course.
