摘要
针对传统供水方式的自动化水平低,耗电大,管网水压波动不稳,高峰用水时造成高层用户供水障碍等问题,设计了一套变频恒压供水控制系统,并对系统的节能原理,硬件组成和工作原理做了详细的介绍。此系统已成功应用于某小区的供水系统,克服了供水过程中的水锤效应,保证了小区的高质量供水。
Low automation level, high energy loss, instability of pipe network water pressure and failure of supplying water effectively in using water peak for high building users exist in traditional water supply system. Aiming to solve these problems, a set of constant pressure water supply system of variable frequency control is designed. This system has two ways of automation operation and manually operation. The system consists of frequency inverter, PLC, the groups of pump and motor, electrical control cabinet and pressure transformer. Saving energy theory, hardware structure and working principle are introduced in detail. This system has been applied in some residential district of water supply successfully and achieves high automation level, saving energy and overcoming water - hammer effect. Thence it ensures water supply.
