摘要
企业社会责任包含法律责任和道德责任两部分,其基础性内容是在科技发达、经济发展、社会进步基础上,体现整体社会民意而规定的企业作为社会成员必须承担的维护社会安全和健康发展的义务,即企业的社会法律责任。
This paper defines and analyzes the and propounds the concept of ＂enterprise＇ s intension and extension of enterprise＇ s legal responsibility to society, legal responsibility to society＂, based on the analysis of its original thought and theoretical creation. In the author＇ s opinion,＂ enterprise＇ s legal responsibility to society＂ consists of two parts ： legal responsibility and moral responsibility ; namely, as a member of society, the enterprise is under a legal obligation of maintaining social security and healthy development for public interest on the basis of developed technology, economic development, and social progress.
