摘要
通过均匀设计在弱凝胶室内配方试验的应用,可以确定在试验所选范围内弱凝胶交联剂体系的最佳配方,即在固定主剂两性离子聚丙烯酰胺质量分数2 000×10-6的情况下,采用U7(76)均匀设计表对配方中的乌洛托品、间苯二酚和乙二酸的用量进行优化,通过线性回归得到优化后的配方为乌洛托品质量分数400×10-6,间苯二酚质量分数350×10-6,乙二酸质量分数450×10-6,并通过实验验证,最终黏度达到16 285 MPa.s,黏度贡献率达到7.51,说明优化效果较理想。
By the application of uniform design in weak gel indoor test, the best formulation of weak gel cross-linker system in the selected scope is determined. That is the ease of fixing the usage of amphoterie ion polyacrylamide (2 000 ×10^-6), and to optimize the amount of urotropine, resorcinol and oxalic acid in formulation by using the U7 (76) table of uniform design. The final formulation obtained by linear regression is urotropine 400 ×10^-6, resorcinol 350 ×10^-6and oxalic acid 450 ×10^-6, and the final viscosity that has been verified by experiments to reach 16 258 mPa · s, the contribution rate of viscosity reached 7. 51, it is a good optimization results.
