杧果细菌性黑斑病病原细菌室内药剂筛选 被引量:8

Laboratory Screening of Bactericides for Control of Mango Bacterial Black Spot Disease

摘要 杧果细菌性黑斑病是杧果生产病害之一,该病会严重影响杧果的产量和质量。采用含毒介质法,以杧果细菌性黑斑病病原细菌为对象,进行室内评价17种药剂对该菌的抑菌效果。试验结果表明:抗生素类药物对该病菌效果较好,如利福平抑菌最低有效浓度仅为0.37μg/mL,庆大霉素、盐酸四环素、卡那霉素抑菌最低有效浓度均为3.75μg/mL,100万单位链霉素、红霉素、氨苄青霉素抑菌最低有效浓度分别为7.5、15.00、18.75μg/mL;铜制剂类药物以噻菌铜抑菌效果较好,抑菌最低有效浓度为61.90μg/mL。此外,敌磺钠对该菌也有很好的抑菌效果,抑菌最低有效浓度为8.57μg/mL,与抗生素类药剂相当。该试验得到的一些对杧果细菌性黑斑病病原细菌有良好抑菌效果的药剂,为指导田间病害防治提供了参考。 Mango bacterial black spot disease is reduce fruit yield and appearance quality. one of the important diseases of mango that may seriously 17 bactericides against Xanthomonas campestris pv. mangiferae-indicae, the pathogen of mango bacterial black spot, were tested using toxic agar plate method in laboratory. The results showed that antibiotics, such as rifampicin, gentamicin, tetracycline hydrochloride and kanamycin strongly inhibited the bacterium, with the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.37, 3.75, 3.75, 3.75μ g/mL, respectively. Sreptomycin, erythromycin and ampicillin were in exception; with MICs were 7.50 μg/mL, 15.00μg/mL and 18.75 μg/mL, respectively. Among copper-based bactericides tested, thiodiazole-copper had the strong toxicity to the bacterium, with the MIC of 61.90 μg/mL. In addition, fenaminosulf has a good antibacterial effect with the MIC of 8.57 μg/mL. The bactericides with good antibacterial have potentiality to be used for future control of Xanthomonas campestris pv. mangiferae-indicae in field.
