摘要
以贵州三都水族马尾绣织绣纹样的视觉符号为研究的出发点,分析了马尾绣及其织绣纹样视觉符号的特点及内涵,并结合水族马尾绣背扇中常用的主题纹样所蕴含的精神内涵,论述了马尾绣背扇织绣纹样符号的特征及联想性、功能性等特点。继而以马尾绣及其纹样符号在包装设计中的具体应用情况,提出了将其运用于包装等视觉设计的合理性,信息传递的准确性和有效性,进而阐述了研究和开发水族马尾绣传统文化艺术的意义与价值。
