围手术期输血对儿童术后免疫功能的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究输血时白细胞过滤与否对于围手术期儿童免疫功能的影响。方法选择儿外科手术患儿60名,随机分为3组,Ⅰ组:输注未去白红细胞;Ⅱ组:输注血库型去白红细胞;Ⅲ组:输注血站型去白红细胞。对比3组患儿在输血前、输血后d2、d6T淋巴细胞和亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56变化。结果Ⅰ组患儿免疫抑制持续到术后6d,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组患儿术后6d恢复免疫功能(P<0.05),两种白细胞过滤方式对于患儿术后免疫功能的影响没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论白细胞过滤方式对于输血相关性免疫调节(TRIM)都有一定的预防性作用。
