摘要
药学服务的开展是临床实践的必然选择,并已在美国得到了成功的实证,成为世界药学发展的趋势。但我国药学服务前进的步伐较为缓慢,其原因有:来自政府方面的政策体制因素的影响、法律法规的欠缺、宣传不够等,来自医院方面的领导重视不够及缺乏激励措施的影响等,来自高等教育方面的教育模式滞后于药学实践的现实的影响,来自药师自身方面的观念、知识、素质、人文知识欠缺等影响,针对查找出来的原因提出相应的发展对策,以期为我国卫生事业的发展提供建设性的意见。
Pharmaceutical Cares is the inevitable choice of clinical practice,and it has been proved successful in American,and becomes the trend of the world. But in our country the development of the pharmaceutical cares is lag behind,the causes of it comes from such factors： the influencing of the government＇s police system,lacking of laws and regulations,defecting of propaganda;The leaders of hospitals do not at- tach importance to the clinical pharmacy and run short of promoting measures; The teaching mode in higher education lags behind of the practice of clinical pharmacy;The influencing of scarcities of pharmacists＇ conception , knowledge, diathesis and humanities knowledge. Aiming at the causes we bring forward some possible countermeasures to solve them,in order to offer some constructive ideas to our country＇ s sanitation career.
