摘要
以欧亚花楸幼嫩茎段为外植体,0.1%升汞消毒8min,研究了不同基本培养基类型及激素浓度、驯化季节及基质对欧亚花楸组培快繁技术的影响。结果表明:欧亚花楸在MS培养基上有利于芽的增殖,在添加了6-BA1.0mg/L、IBA0.2mg/L后,芽的增殖系数达到最大;在1/2MS+IBA0.2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L培养基上,有利于芽的生根;在3~4月移栽到1009/6细河沙的驯化基质中,组培苗生长良好。
Explants from stem segments of Sorbus commixta Hedl, it with 0. 1 percent mercuricchloride on 8 rain, what affects tissue culture and rapid propagation technic was studied with different basic media and concentration of phytokinin, different acclimatized season and base material, tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Sorbus comrnixta Hedl was effective. The results showed that the MS medium supplied with with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L, IBA 0. 2 mg/L was good to bud propagation. The 1/2 MS medium supplied with IBA 0. 2 mg/L, NAA 0. 2 mg/L was good to bud rootage. Tissue culture seedling which was planted in pure thin sand of river in March to April grow well.
