摘要
分析了应急物流的地位和作用，研究总结了有关发达国家军队应急物流在理论法规建设、组织体制建设、信息化建设和军地一体化建设方面的经验，并提出了可供我军发展应急物流建设的几点启示。
The paper analyzes the status and effect of emergency logistics, studies and summarizes the experience on the army emergency logistics＇construction of some developed countries concerned in the construction of theory and regulations, organization system, informatization construction and integration of civilian and military, and provides several enlightenments on the development of our emergent logistics.
