摘要
文章基于对VTS的工作现状和AIS系统的优越性分析,提出了利用AIS数据开发船舶自动避碰系统的可行性,探讨了基于AIS的船舶自动避碰系统提升VTS工作效率的途径。
In view of the present working condition of VTS,the effect of AIS-based ships＇ auto-preventing collision system on lowering the burden level of VTS operators has been discussed,together with the superiority of AIS system and the feasibility to apply AIS data to the auto-preventing collision system.
