摘要
目的探讨肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。方法对18例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折,分别采用肱三头肌舌状瓣切开5例,尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨入路13例,用Y型钢板固定7例,用内外侧解剖板固定11例。结果18例患者均获随访,时间6~24个月,无一例出现骨折不愈合和尺神经损伤等并发症,无钢板螺钉松动断裂的发生。参照cassebaum评分,优6例,良8例,可4例。结论手术治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折可获得满意的临床疗效。
Aim To explore clinical effect of treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods 13 of 18 cases of humeral intercondylar fracture were treated by olecroanon＂V＂-shaped osteotomy while 5 cases were treated by splitting tricep brachii open in linguiform.The fractures were reduced and fixed with Y-plate in 7 cases,and with anatomical plate in 11 cases.Results 18 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months.All fractures gained bone union without complications such as injury of ulnar nerve.No fixator breakage or loosening was found.Based on cassebaum score,6 cases had excellent results,8 good,4 fair.Conclusions Surgical treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture can provide good clinical results.
