摘要
青海省电力负荷相对集中,主要在西宁、海东,而电源主要分布在南部黄河上游水电集群及北部地区,存在电力流大规模输送问题。随着电力负荷的进一步发展,水电基本在2020年前开发完毕,必须建设一批火电电源,就存在火电电源布局问题,要进行输煤输电比较优选。文章结合青海省现有煤电布局情况,对输煤输电2种方式进行比较分析,提出了青海输煤输电相关建议。
Because of relative concentration,Qinghai electric power load is mainly in Xining,Haidong,and the power distribution utilities is mainly in the south of the Yellow River upper reaches of the cluster and the northern region,therefore there is a large-scale of power flow transmission problem.With the further development of power load,hydropower will complete its development by 2020,thus it needs to build a number of thermal power supply,therefore it exists layout problem of thermal power supply,selection of coal handling and power transmission should be optimized and compared.The paper combining with existing coal handling and power transmission layout of Qinghai province,and makes comparation between coal handling and power transmission,then puts forward related suggestions on Qinghai coal handling and power transmission.
