摘要
目的通过分析BacT/ALERT 3D全自动细菌培养系统在机采血小板细菌培养中产生假阳性结果的原因,以采取相应控制措施,降低假阳性率。方法对2005年1月至2009年12月我站采集的机采血小板的细菌培养结果进行回顾性分析。结果共培养了1918份血小板,初次培养阳性反应有6例,占0.31%;确认阳性1份,阳性率为0.05%;假阳性反应5例,假阳性率为0.26%。结论假阳性反应的出现是不可避免的,但只要找出原因,在日常工作中加以控制,就能减少假阳性反应。
Objective To analyze the reasons of the false-positive reaction of the bacteria cultivation in the BacT/ALERT 3D full-automatic germiculture system and then to take relative action to lower the false-positive reaction rate.Methods From Jan.2005 to Dec.2009,a retrospective analysis of the bacteria cultivation result of the aphaeresis platelets collected in our center blood station was performed.Results 1918 platelets had been cultivated.There were 6 cases with the positive reaction in the primary cultivation,accounting for 0.31% ;there was 1 case confirmed positive reaction,with the positive reaction rate of 0.05% ;there were 5 cases with false-positive reaction,with the false-positive reaction rate of 0.26%.Conclusion The false-positive reaction is inevitable,but can be reduced as long as we find out its reason and put them under control in our routine work.
